Body Info
This is the more technical parts of my project. MyFitnessPal, in addition to tracking food, gives reports of progress both in Nutrition and Exercise. There is also a section for calculating your Body Mass Index (BMI), and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). While these two terms sound somewhat complicated, they are actually pretty simple. The Body Mass Index is a ratio of height to weight and is used to indicate things such as obesity and excessive leanness. Your Basal Metabolic Rate is simply the number of calories you'd burn if you stayed in bed all day.
My BMI is currently 23.7. This is considered to be in the healthy range, but this ratio is skewed. Body Mass Index does not take into account the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, so athletes' ratios tend to be higher, and I'm a tennis player. If you'd like to calculate your BMI, click here.
My BMR is approximately 1,795 calories. This means that if I literally laid in bed all day I would burn almost 1,800 calories. If you'd like to calculate your BMR, click here.
Finally, I created Nutrition and Fitness reports on MyFitnessPal which show my caloric intake (Nutrition Report) and calories burned (Fitness Report) for the past 10 days. I only played tennis twice, and ate less than my recommended number of calories (2,400), so the results are somewhat skewed.
This is the Fitness Report:

Finally, I used this website to find some pretty cool stats about my heart. It beats about 84 times per minute, and will beat approximately 3 billion times in my life! You can calculate your heart beat stats in the link as well.
Here's my full report:
